Book List.

This list is by no means a complete list of every book I've ever read, but it will give you a solid basis for what has developed my worldview. If you get through the books on this page, you will have a rounded perspective on several multi-disciplinary topics that will help you make progress more efficiently.

  • And David Perceived He Was King. 10/10 – Probably the best book on Biblical identity I’ve ever read. Dale became a mentor and we’ve featured him on the show here.
  • Victorious Emotions. 9/10 – Great book on training your mind to think the way the Bible instructs us to think. Full of promises and scripture to memorize.
  • Designing the Mind. 9.10 – Good psychology; only potential hurdle is the book views the mind as a computer. It isn't that simple, but there's great research in here about how the mind layers in algorithms that affect our moods and motivation.
  • Redeeming Heartache. 8/10 – Written by a psychotherapist; deeply engaging narrative and framework around trauma and healing.
  • Living Fearless. 9/10 – Incredible stories and frameworks about how to overcome fear.
  • Seeing Behind Enemy Lines. 10/10 – Aprile is a seer and shares stories (backed with scripture) that explain how the world of the spirit operates.
  • The Six Pillars of Self-Esteem. 10/10 – Excellent book about the science of self-esteem and self-concept.
  • Transurfing. 8/10 – A bit “woo woo” but based on study (and experience) with the energetic realm, it checks out. Careful with this one if you are a Christian.
  • The Happiest Man On Earth. 10/10 – Oh my goodness. This book is incredible. Written by a holocaust survivor who forged an incredible life of gratitude after living through unimaginable horrors.
  • Am I Being Too Subtle? 10/10 – Written by the late, great Sam Zell. A serial entrepreneur real estate titan's experiences are written in story form.
  • It Takes What It Takes8/10 – Mental toughness and resilience training from a professional sports coach.
  • Richer, Wiser, Happier. 9/10 – Great book on finance, enjoyment, and the sustainability of living well with money as a tool.
  • The Molecule of More. 10/10 – Fascinating book on dopamine and how the modern era makes it too easy to get.
  • The Mountain Is You9/10 – Brianna is a sage; incredible book on self-sabotage and fulfillment.
  • Antigragile. 10/10 – How to understand resilience in nature and in life. This book will change how you view hardship and failure.
  • 80/20 Principle. 10/10 – Written by a billionaire who works a few hours a week, studies economic principles, and applies them to managing time.
  • Americana. 9/10 – One of the more interesting history/economics books I've read; it explains the history of capitalism in America.
  • Churchill: Walking With Destiny. 10/10 – Maybe my 2nd favorite historical biography of all time. Churchill was a madman, but a case study in resilience.
  • The Rise of Theodore Roosevelt. 9/10 – There's never been another like Theodore Roosevelt; great biography and full of lessons.
  • Radical Candor. 9/10 – Incredible book filled with stories about leadership and communication.
  • Laws of Human Nature. 10/10 – Dense, intense, and gritty. This book will teach you more, faster, about human nature (with historical context) than just about anything out there.
  • The Awe of God. 10/10 – my favorite book from John Bevere; will show you the power of reverence for God and how it can impact your life.
